Welcome to the web page of the Bangladesh Society for Telemedicine & eHealth (BSTeH). The BSTeH is being formed to provide a forum for information sharing, investigation and promotion of Telemedicine & eHealth for those involved in providing healthcare over a distance in Bangladesh.

Some of the roles of the Society will include:Bringing together a community which is currently fragmented and does not have a single forum for sharing of issues. It will bring researchers, ehealth practitioners, clinicians and industry partners together in a unique interdisciplinary grouping. Creating a credible channel for bringing issues effecting eHealth to the attention of decision makers. It can encourage the use of eHealth models and services to address issues confronting the Bangladesh health system, such as the provision of specialist services to remote regional hospitals and primary health care services.Recommending guidelines and standards of practice for telemedicine services ensuring Quality
